What makes us different?

The difference between Leading Agents of the World and other real estate services (such as franchises, independent agencies or global alliances) is that this network is an association of individual real estate agents who are working to not only satisfy their own personal goals and aspirations in being unique leaders, with the highest values of ethics, integrity, drive, commitment, passion and of course professionalism in the real estate industry, but to offer a service to our global clients that has never been offered in the world before now.

Bound by a Code of Ethics 

They belong to the network to service you the client and are bound by a Code of Ethics incorporating a strict code of conduct. They belong to Leading Agents of the World because they want to, as against other networks, which are agencies and not individual agents. These agencies rely on the whole team to pull together and service clients in the manner in which they are obliged to. However when a referral is sent to the agency, the client is assigned to anyone who either happens to be around or is not looking busy at the time (and we all know that if you want something done you don´t give it to the person who has nothing to do - you give it to the busiest person and you will be assured of having the task completed!). They are not, in most instances, concerned about the reputation of the agency as it is all too easy to ´pass the buck´ of responsibility. The difference is our members are individual members of the Leading Agents of the World, and are members because they desire to be members, whilst still having the benefits of being incorporated and employed with a full service real estate agency thereby having the capacity to service you our clients, as well as having access to full agency support, property listings and client data bases - individual, yet not alone.

The members aspire to add value to their services and by becoming a member they are bound by the Code of Ethics incorporating a strict Code of Conduct, thus protecting not only their good name and reputation, but the name and reputation of the other members of the association and Leading Agents of the World, a commitment that pledges cooperation and support between the members that in turn is the service that we provide to our clients regardless of whether you live in the same neighbourhood, across the other side of the country or on another continent.
