Since the start of May I’ve been on the conference circuit. My head is spinning at the moment with information and ideas and it’s wonderful, really exhausting, but still absolutely wonderful.

We have reached the stage in LAOTW where it is becoming a fulltime role for me, which is all part of the plan and I am looking forward to the day when I can say this is what I do fulltime. The message I received from every conference and seminar I attended in the last six weeks is that successful people are successful because they persisted. Persistence is the key to success. They also had a vision, purpose and are courageous in the face of adversity and negativity. I felt as if the presenters were told I was in the room and I needed to hear that message. And…every time they said it they seemed to be looking directly at me. Have you ever noticed that when you are at training events? When you are looking for wisdom, strength and courage to pursue your goals and dreams, it’s like…there it is…those are the words you needed to hear.

Did you know that the only place where success comes before work, is in the dictionary? That little ‘pearl of wisdom’ really made me think. I use it in my training presentations all the time now.

In attending these events, I also felt humbled and privileged in having the opportunity to chat directly with many of the presenters following their presentations. This opportunity was invaluable to me and our plans for the development of LAOTW. Again, it was like these presenters were meant to enter my life’s journey at that particular time. Their friendship, advice and vision are priceless. Their experience and knowledge and skills are accepted with unbridled appreciation and warmth and I am forever grateful for the difference they make in my life and in providing me with the strength I need on my fantastic journey. It’s fun and I’m thrilled to have so many members who also have the clarity of vision to see LAOTW’s purpose and necessity in the global real estate market.

Last month alone, we received territory applications in several areas of Europe. Our expansion across the globe growing at an ever increasing pace. We currently have in excess of 30 applications that are in various stages of process. If your territory is still available, I encourage you to apply now, before the territory is gone. Once it’s gone, it’s gone for good. In one area alone, we have received 22 applications. That means we have 21 very disappointed agents. Don’t you be the one who wished they had acted sooner!
