Mission Statement OUR MISSION: Build a global network of committed, dedicated and highly ethical individual real estate agents, leaders in the industry with knowledge and skills that equals or surpasses the membership criteria. Providing a service to the global community whereby international property transactions can be completed by utilising the specialised knowledge of members either directly or by referral. Leading Agents of the World members are bound by a strict code of ethics that promotes integrity, excellence and professionalism to maintain the networks reputation and service to our clients throughout the world. Our Vision OUR VISION: To provide an ethical and professional total real estate global service focused on the highest standards of care to our clients, based on the values of integrity, respect, honesty, professionalism, specialised skills and individual dedication and commitment to our clients, the reputation of the Leading Agents of the World and themselves...... And to simplify the confusion and difficulty that restricts property investors and purchasers from trading property on an international level.
The passion, the drive, the commitment:
Jo-Anne returned to Australia following a year in Christchurch New Zealand where she finished her studies and continued advancing in her chosen career working in sales in the Canterbury Region. Despite her Aussie accent she quickly advanced from Salesperson, to personal assistant, to one of the South Islands leading Sales Consultants. A promotion that not only highlighted Jo-Anne´s commitment and dedication to her industry but also one that offered her the opportunity to gain even more insight and experience within the industry. When Jo-Anne returned to Australia she settled with her family in Brisbane and hit the ground running when she secured a position with a leading Brisbane real estate agency. Being employed as a Property Manager, Jo-Anne´s Principle recognised the unique qualities she had and promoted her to the position of Divisional Manager. At the same time Jo-Anne completed her studies and became a fully accredited licensed real estate agent. During her time as Divisional Manager Jo-Anne was recognised by her industry peers on several occasions and in 2003 was presented with the REIQ Property Manager of The Year Award for Excellence. In the six years with this agency, Jo-Anne achieved awards for State Property Manager - Leading Agents of Australia 2001, 2002 and 2003 and was awarded by tmp.worldwide the Leading Agents of Australia National Property Manager of the Year 2001 and Team Player of the Year 2001. In her role as Divisional Manager, for a number of years, Jo-Anne held the award for achieving the highest weekly rental return on a residential property. Jo-Anne was an industry leader and quickly gained the reputation as Brisbane´s executive leasing specialist, consistently achieving high returns on prestigious property. Jo-Anne developed a relocation service through her property management division and this service was adopted Australia wide by the Leading Agents of Australia. In 2003, Jo-Anne took a bold move and sold 70% of her rent role so that they specialised and only managed properties that attained rentals of $400pw or more. Jo-Anne was elected to the REIQ Property Management Chapter in 2002 and served on the committee for two years. She was also on the Property Chapter Committee for the Leading Agents of Australia and was a guest presenter at their annual conferences. She has also been a guest presenter at several industry forums including Australasian Best Practice Property Management Conference Sydney and Far North Queensland Property Management Expo 2003. In 2003, Jo-Anne undertook further studies and completed a course in Commercial & Retail Property Management. Jo-Anne finished the year by being offered a position with Freeman Fox as their Manager, Property and Queensland Licensee. Friendly, genuine, reliable, easy going, yet very determined and with a passion to succeed, Jo-Anne is inspired by the opportunity to use existing tools to create exciting, new, but highly personal global services, assisting clients worldwide to find a house they can call a home. She builds warm, honest, two-way relationships with her clients while sharing her extensive knowledge and cutting edge professional advice. Jo-Anne´s global vision is also personal, and she is currently forming a foundation to take underprivileged families to Disneyland to share the magic of achieving childhood dreams, after having one of her own come true. Jo-Anne´s career achievements are testimony not only to the knowledge and dedication of the real estate industry but to her honest and ethical approach to everything she undertakes. |
Mission & Vision Statement
Jo-Anne
commenced her career in the real estate industry in 1995 with a leading
residential executive leasing agency. An unexpected transfer to Papua
New Guinea presented Jo-Anne the opportunity to undertake further
studies in Real Estate and whilst furthering her study she undertook a
feasibility study for a large PNG National Company on their commercial
property holdings.
